If you live in another region please contact me for a custom quote. Shipping to other countries can be quite costly so I'm happy to set up a payment plan if that helps.

A NOTE ON BOOK PRINTING
Paperbacks were printed in a small run by 48 Hour Books. Hardcovers are print on demand from Amazon, but orders placed through my website (or the crowdfunding campaign) are author copies and Amazon does not get a cut. I've made this choice for hardcovers because I was not happy with hardcover quality from 48 Hour Books.
